Just bought my sons first car from FLC. First class experience from all the staff and we travelled up from Stratford upon Avon as there was nothing local that could offer anything like the standard and customer service that FLC offered. Whole process was straightforward from the initial phone call to pick up. Alfa was immaculate on collection and nice to see genuine, honest standards still exist in today's somewhat eccentric world."

"I recently bought a fiat 500 from FLC. I live quite far away but could view the car virtually through a video and when I spoke to them on the phone they answered all my questions. There was no pressure put on me at all but I reserved the car. I booked a time to pick up the car in line with their covid regulations. When I arrived I was given the keys to the car and was told to take as long as wanted to look the car over and drive it... I was left alone to do this which was great as I was under no pressure to buy the car. The car was immaculate so I bought it. Paperwork was done swiftly and professionally. The guys at FLC were so friendly and honest... A breathe of fresh air in an industry full of pushy salespeople! I would highly recommend them and when my partner needs to look for another car I've recommended he deals with these guys!"
